WHERE WE STAND

Compliance is where sustainability stops being voluntary. A substance that is legal at origin and restricted at destination is not a commercial nuisance, it is a stopped shipment and, occasionally, a recalled product.

We hold the regulatory position per material and per destination market: registration and notification status, classification and labelling, transport class, and any restriction or watchlist that applies. Documentation is generated from that single record, so an SDS, a label and a customs declaration cannot disagree with each other.

When a regulation changes (a new SVHC entry, a revised classification, an added export control), the affected materials and customers are identified from the record and notified, rather than discovered at the border.
