Timings, bands, visas, adjustments and what happens to your data. If your question is not here, a named recruiter will answer it directly.
No. The application form is a single page and nothing is stored until you press submit. If you apply for a second role later you fill it in again; we would rather that than hold a profile you have forgotten about.
About eight minutes, including the three role questions. A cover letter is optional and only read if you attach one.
A recruiter reads every application and you get a decision either way within five working days. If a stage slips, you will be told why rather than left waiting.
Yes, up to three at a time. If two hiring managers want to speak to you, we consolidate the first stage into one call rather than making you repeat it.
Yes. Send a CV against a function and we hold it live for six months, reviewed monthly against new openings.
Always, and there is no waiting period. Quote your previous reference number and the recruiter will read the earlier notes before screening you again.
Yes, for every stage, sent to every candidate at least 48 hours ahead. We are testing how you think, not how fast you improvise.
Usually three: a recruiter call, a hiring manager interview and a technical or case stage. Senior roles add a conversation with a director.
No. Cases are drawn from problems we have already solved, capped at ninety minutes, and we never ask for work we could use.
Yes, after any interview stage, on request. It is specific and scored against the published role profile.
The first two stages always. The final stage is on site where the role is site-based, because you should see the warehouse and the lab before you accept.
Yes. Every posting shows the band and it is set before the role opens. We do not adjust it based on what you currently earn.
No. We ask what you expect against the published band, which is a different question.
No. Commercial roles share the same company-wide profit share as everyone else, at the same percentage. We would rather nobody had a reason to promise a lead time we cannot hold.
Health cover, income protection and parental leave apply from your first day, with no qualifying period.
For roles where we cannot reasonably fill the skill locally, yes, including immigration counsel and fees for you and your dependants. The posting says whether sponsorship is available.
Relocation support covers shipping, temporary accommodation and a settling-in allowance, with help finding schools where relevant.
Roles marked Remote (EU) require residence and right to work in an EU member state, with two on-site weeks a year.
We hold your application for twelve months, use it only for recruitment, and never sell or share it outside the hiring team. Ask for deletion at any point and it is done within thirty days.
Tell your recruiter or email the accommodations inbox. You never need to disclose a diagnosis or provide evidence, and the request goes to recruitment only, not the hiring panel.
No. Screening decisions are made by a person against the written role profile, and every rejection reason is recorded and audited quarterly.
Yes. Referred candidates are screened within two working days, and referral has no effect on the interview standard or the band.
Only for a small number of senior roles, and only with agencies on our panel. Unsolicited CVs from agencies are deleted rather than considered.
Every posting has a named recruiter and their address is in the posting. For anything before you apply, the careers inbox is read twice a day on working days.
